1. Overview: All Sales Are Final Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Please review our size chart and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. The Only Exceptions: Defects & Errors We only offer a refund or replacement under the following two specific circumstances:

Defective Items: The socks arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Wrong Item Sent: You received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong style, color, or size sent by us).
If you encounter one of these issues, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Conditions for Return (For Approved Exceptions Only) Even in cases of defects or shipping errors, the following conditions must be met for your claim to be accepted:

Unworn & Unwashed: Socks must be brand new, never worn, and never washed.

Original Packaging: Socks must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a screenshot of your Order Confirmation Email or your Order Number.
4. How to Request a Correction If you received a defective or wrong item, please follow these steps:

Attach clear photos showing the defect or the wrong item received.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for the refund or replacement.
5. Non-returnable Items For clarity, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered by the customer (please double-check before buying).

Socks that have been tried on, worn, or washed.

Socks without original packaging.

Dislike of color or style.
